My experience with Dr Risley and his nurse Tanja has been incredible. They always take amazing care of me and know exactly how to treat my issues. Their office is clean and they are very professional. However, the front office lady - Kelsey - is a another story. Twice now she has fumbled my appointments and mismanaged my referrals. Their company recently changed their tax ID and “ooops” she forgot to tell my PCP about it. She called me 1 hour prior to my appointment to tell me this news!
