I took my daughter to another urgent care center in Bossier and was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait to be seen. We left and we were in and out of Costal Urgent Care in 40 minutes! Will never use another urgent care center! Wonderful staff and providers!!!
Second time i have needed to go. All staff here have always been so nice and caring. Dr Sawyer is amazing. One of the best Dr's I have needed to see. Quick without being neglectful to my needs and care. Would recommend to everyone!
Very efficient and friendly staff that were attentive. The facility was clean & immaculate. My 4 year old wasn't scared & all of the staff made her feel comfortable & that's HUGE to a mom with a sick kid.
These people are so much more HUMANE, professional, understanding, listens "and hears" the clients, and much, much, much more efficient that the ER. So glad to have them right around the corner from me! Thank Y'all for what y'all have done for me! #feeling.grateful
