RecommendedThe most amazing staff! I have a special needs kiddo and usually avoid urgent cares for him bc he’s non verbal and diagnosis can be tricky. We went tonight and they were amazing! Poor little guy has the flu but they were so good with him. Dr sawyer was beyond amazing and even walked us out to make sure we got in our car safe and sound! I won’t hesitate to take him back if we ever need too! Thank you for being so amazing with our little guy! If I could give 10 star I would!
Waited 2 hours in the lobby and when we were finally called back to a room, we waited an additional 1 hour. Finally, when PA came in, she spent a total of 2 minutes with us and left. Nurse came back in about 25 minutes later and hands us some papers and said goodbye. We had to read the paper to find out what was wrong. Total waste of time and money. They got our $$. We always have a great experience here. They take wonderful care of my one year old, they are very delicate with my scared and nervous 5 year old and always do a very through and professional job on me as well. The staff is very friendly and Paul is an amazing PA!! Would recommend to anyone that wants to feel better without feeling like just another patient!!
