I approached Kyle and his team while they were trimming the upper canopy of Garry oaks on my neighbors property. I pointed out several dead limbs on those trees that were overhanging my house. Kyle immediately extended their pruning effort beyond their quoted work for that property to deal with the limbs on my side.
