I visited this shop before Christmas. I was greeted warmly. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and eager to answer all of my questions related to an embroidery machine. She gave me a demonstration as well with the machine. When I am ready to purchase The Destiny, I will certainly take my business to them.
This shop is fantastic! I went in to get a new Janome machine and found a treasure. They helped me decide on the best machine, and let me try out the machines. They are only a phone call away if I need them or have any questions! It's worth the hour drive to me to go to the experts!
They are always available to help you in any way they possibly can. I bought my sewing machine there and if you need help or are stuck on a sewing project then take it up there and they will help you get past it. They have great classes..I wouldn't buy a machine anywhere else!
I love this shop!!!!!! Everyone that works there is kind, giving their attention to you and your concerns.. I love that they re NOT sewing snobs, they are happy to help you no matter how experienced you are or are not. Debbie gives great advice for any situation you might have.. She has made a huge difference in my ability to sew. There are not enough nice things to say. I have been snubbed in several high end shops because I sew bottom of the line..
