These guys replaced my roof after one of the hurricanes. Now, the roof is leaking. I called them to see if they could take a look, they promised to call me back, but never did. I called another roofer, who repaired the leak, and says: "...the leak by the front door was not the flashing, it was a nail pop in the shingles next to the flashing....The bad news, The nail pops seem to be consistent around the roof.
