Coastal has been our management company for a number of years. I don't work with them directly too often but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to meet in person with distancing, call-in, and video options in a very comfortable environment. Update July 2025 - Held another HOA meeting in person and via Zoom. The meeting space is comfortable, and convenient. There was a problem with the Zoom link, but it was resolved.
We have been dealing with Coastal Realty for 9 years. Cassie Houck is our current agent and it has been a pleasure to work with her. Very professional and always quick to respond. We highly recommend Coastal Realty and Cassie. You will no be disappointed.
