Hello. I have a great rental ,long term that was rented many times thru another company. That company is no longer open unfortunately. Went with this company. Had property listed for 7 months. NO calls no showings..no rentals. Took back the keys today. Don't waste your time! Propert manager absent ALOT.
I have used Coastal Realty many times for vacation rentals. They are great! Not only do they manage quality properties, they also make it very easy to reserve, pay and check in/check out. Great office staff!
Coastal has been our management company for a number of years. I don't work with them directly too often but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to meet in person with distancing, call-in, and video options in a very comfortable environment. Update July 2025 - Held another HOA meeting in person and via Zoom. The meeting space is comfortable, and convenient. There was a problem with the Zoom link, but it was resolved.
