I can’t speak for the entire company, but I would strongly advise against working with Andrew Smith or Matthew Sawyer. Our experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Closing was unexpectedly delayed without any acknowledgment, and promised items remain incomplete—even though we’ve been living here since early summer.
