I recently had toenail surgery to address my ingrown toenails, which had been causing discomfort for almost three months. The staff was extremely kind and supportive, guiding me through the entire process. The ingrown toenail was removed swiftly, taking only about 15 minutes. While there was some discomfort during the healing process, which is typical for this type of procedure, the surgery itself was not painful. Wait time was very short. The staff was very pleasant. Dr. Kiefer was fantastic and very thorough. He made the visit enjoyable!

Very nice and helpful the ladies in the reception area. My appointment actually started ON-Time but I came early so the assistant nurse assisted me. Dr Keefer took his time and explained in understandable terms so it’s easy for me to understand with example scenario. I would definitely recommend this Practice and Dr Keefer !!

I was very pleased with the office staff and Doctor Parker in every way..I felt very comfortable speaking with him and he was very professional. I am also recommending my husband to see him in the future. Also very good location for us and easy to get too.

I walked into the office. I got good vibes. The receptionist was very nice. The lady who who had questions I answered. She was very nice and Dr. keeper is the best very good personality. I had no problems. He explained everything to me as I enjoyed the visit I came out feeling good. I know exactly what to do.
