Very nice and helpful the ladies in the reception area. My appointment actually started ON-Time but I came early so the assistant nurse assisted me. Dr Keefer took his time and explained in understandable terms so it’s easy for me to understand with example scenario. I would definitely recommend this Practice and Dr Keefer !!
Really not happy with my experience here. Jill the front desk receptionist was rude upon my walking in. Her tone and greeting were very off putting. When I told her my name she said "Your apt was at 3pm I will have to ask if he can still see you" it was 3:02pm and the entire waiting room was empty. They are located right next to an elementary school which I didn't realize so it took longer coming through there with all the traffic and as my foot is in alot of pain I am not walking as fast as normal. I am a runner and have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for over 6 months now. Dr. Keefer was so kind and answered all my questions. I got a cortisone shot while I was there and he was so gentle I didn’t even know he was doing it! Definitely will be returning to Dr. Keefer! The staff were super friendly and helpful as well!
Took my daughter to Coastal Podiatry for an ingrown toenail and it was definitely one of the best medical experiences we have had since moving to the area. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. The wait was not long at all to go back. The nurse who saw us prior to the doctor was professional, kind, and very empathetic with my daughter. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and, after completing my check-in, was promptly shown to an exam room. I had a very short wait before Doctor Keefer came in, explained my issue in detail, and then treated the problem. All the staff members were very polite and accommodating, so I can say with confidence that I have nothing but praise for this practice.
