Great experience! The doctor’s assistant was great. She was very gentle while she cut and trimmed my nails for me. Dr. Menn , Was also amazing. I’ve been going to podiatrist for 30 years. He was not only very personable and nice. He has great hands. He had to do a little bit of work with a scalpel and was phenomenal with it. Came to this practice by an accident, But I’m so happy that I did!!
From receptionist to dr keeper’s assistant Chelsea, to Dr Keefer taking care of my problematic big toe… the appointment went seamlessly. Seen on time and treated with respect and efficiency from beginning to end.
Was having major issues with my heel and no one could tell me why or took the time to help me find out why till today, the staff was amazing and the dr Christopher took the time to listen to me and was able to pin point my issue, helped me to figure out what was needed to be start the process of dealing with the issue and pain. Thank you and your Staff for all your help I truly appreciate everything.. definitely knows exactly what he is doing.
All the office staff I had contact with were very friendly. I am most grateful that Dr. Parker offered a possible solution for my fungus issue. I am very hopeful that the medication will help to eradicate my issue. I highly recommend Dr. Parker and his staff
I recently had toenail surgery to address my ingrown toenails, which had been causing discomfort for almost three months. The staff was extremely kind and supportive, guiding me through the entire process. The ingrown toenail was removed swiftly, taking only about 15 minutes. While there was some discomfort during the healing process, which is typical for this type of procedure, the surgery itself was not painful.
