They will send someone with little to no experience to your home and charge you $450 labor for a job that should have taken 1 hr. They only have 1 service tech thats actually a decent plumber.. do not let them send anyone to your house unless they have 10 yrs plumbing experience , their lack of experience shouldn't cost the customer.
