Dr. Lindsey & Dr. Sangtian are very loving & sit down with me & kids to explain anything we want to know. Both are amazing with our kids. They play with them & make them feel special !!! They Are both wonderful to our family. We have always been treated great by both of them & the staff has always been super sweet, helpful & honest !!! We have been using this office for almost 22 years, from the day our oldest daughter was born. Dr. Lindsey was also my Dr when I was a little girl !!!!
I love Dr. Sangtian & his nurses - beware of Dr Lindsey, he needs to retire
#1 worst place ever! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! They treat people like trash, don't return phone calls and most importantly don't care about the patients. They are a typical pediatric office that focuses on medicaid patients and hope that the parents don't know how a real pediatric office treats patients.
I went to Coastal Pediatrics this morning for a visit. I checked in at 9:32 and wasn't seen until after 11:35. I informed the receptionist at 11:00 that we had been waiting a while to which she replied, "what's the name? Oh, you are next." I feel like my child, my time, and my money are not important to the staff. At 11:32 I told the staff that 2 hours was my limit and I wanted a refund and my kids' medical records. Dr Lindsey was my daughters led for 18 years, she suffered depression and 3 times I begged him for help...he said its just hormones., she later ended up at the ER with a nervous melt down. When my granddaughter was born we automatically went to him but soon changed. He seems to have lost his Passion, humor... I feel like he's in a race to get you in and move you out. He's not the same caring man I once knew that Sat and TALKED TO YOU..now muttering while walking out the door
