Everything they do is everything you could want from a dentist and I hardly believe you could find better! I drive well over an hour just to go to this office and I'm happy to continue doing so!
We just made our first visit to Coastal Pediatric Dental, after having been patients of Dr. Sachs at his previous practice for about 6 years. We loved our experience, and are so glad we followed Dr. Sachs! Everyone immediately put my son at ease, and the quality of the care was fantastic. As a parent, I especially appreciated the layout of the office and the bits of separation between all the parents.
Coastal Pediatric Dental and Anesthesia took such good care of my daughter. What could have been a very scary experience for all of us was peaceful, full of compassion and kindness. Most importantly I was able to trust the care providers and staff with my daughter.
When I tell you from the moment I walked into this dental office there was such tremendous love and the customer service from the ladies at the front desk was so amazing. My son is on the spectrum and is non verbal autistic and everyone at Coastal made me and my son feel so comfortable about his visit and made sure that they let me know everything that was going to be done. We just had my daughters first appointment and it was a very good experience. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat and it’s bright and colorful in the office. My 4 year old giggled the whole way through it. Dr Sachs is great and makes your child very comfortable.
Today was the best experience I’ve had with a dental practice since we’ve been in Virginia. My daughter had to get a tooth pulled, and was a little nervous. Even with all the extra precautions they had to take, they all really went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and understood what was going on. I appreciate you guys so much, thank you for being there for us at such a worrisome time!
I cannot say enough good things about Coastal. Finding a dentist that was open for emergencies during this COVID-19 pandemic was hard. Coastal was there and worked with me, despite being out of network, to get my child the care needed. They took all precautions necessary to protect not only them but us as well. Everyone made sure to make us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. Dr. Wong was excellent with my child and made them feel at ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
