I was having a lower spine ablation w/o sedation. The equipment slightly penetrated my skin when the was a long stall. The anesthesiologist apologized for the long delay before restarting. It sounded to me like an equipment recalibration. Upon completion of procedure, I was bandaged w/ about 5 small circulars before sitting up. The office manager is completely rude and disrespectful! He spoke to my elderly mother like an insensitive robot and when I took over the call, he threatened me with ending the call because I asked him to be respectful to my elderly mother and called him rude
Office seems capable in achieving success but unfortunately their staff is unprofessional, unpleasant and out right incompetent. I had trouble locating the suite (website says 8th floor - there are 4/5 suites on the 8th floor) I asked a nearby suite for directions and the helper personally walked me over. She approached Coastal Spine receptionist (a rude, snarky and unprofessional woman with blue hair) and mentioned that I had trouble locating the suite and suggested mentioning "to the right off the elevator" in appt details... read more
I have been a patient at Coastal Pain and Spine for several years. I love Doctor Goodman, and I love his staff. Theresa Cotter is a wonderful woman. I look forward to my appointments with her. Most recently a young man named Nav assisted Doctor Goodman in giving me an ablation procedure on my lumber. Nav is a wonderful and accomplished young man as well. I feel very fortunate to have these people in my life. They are making it better.
