Front desk ladies were amazing. The nurse and Dr himself were rude. For one, you’re not allowed to go back with your patient (child) even for a consult. When we spoke about our concerns with the nurse she blew us off and was very rude. We specifically had X-rays sent to address some concerns and he did not look until we again made it known there had been X-rays sent over. And at that, they were rude about it.
