Bought all my vehicles there, great place , good people best dealership in south shore.
I received a notice in the mail to alert me of a recall on my vehicle and that I needed to make an appointment to continue safe operation. There was no recall, they were simply lying in an attempt to alarm me into making an unnecessary appointment. Pretty shameful business practice, knock it off with the junk mail.

I really needed a new car immediately and I had bought my previous nissan at this dealership. However my husband was in the hospital and I wasn't sure if I was emotionally strong to go through the process. It couldn't have worked out any better! Frank guided me with consideration and empathy. He worked with me on necessary paperwork, online access to a site I needed and just did an overall great job! As I drove away with my new Sentra, I felt a huge sigh of relief. Thank you Frank!
