Do not give them your credit card information over the phone! My personal information was compromised and I had to get new credit card from my bank TWICE because of fraudulent charges someone is doing within this company for their personal gain. I know it was them the second time it happened to me. When I called to notify them the lady on the phone was defensive and denied even the possibility of it and would not look into it any further. I have discontinued my service. Very shady business.

Was very impressed with my experience here. I had an issue with my unit and took it to them. The manager overheard me talking to the receptionist and came out and introduced himself. He immediately took me in back and had one if the technician take a look at it. I had to leave it but they had it fixed and shipped back in a few days. He also gave me great advice on PM my equipment. Cleaning the unit and services they offered. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
