The answering service is HORRIBLE!! I try to give people second chances but every single time I called I either never received a call back, or I did but I was already at the ER or Urgent Care, or I get a number to some other doctor and no one answers. I have mentioned this to the doctors in the practice each and every time I called. They said it would be handled, blah blah but clearly nothing has changed. RecommendedOpen Saturdays and most kids in my family go there and have for over 20 plus years!
I waited for the on call doctor for 4 hours. My son had a 104 fever they didnt take seriously. They treat younger parents without respect. Overall dislike.
I love Toll Gate and the doctors and nurses. They give great care and attention to the kids and the parents.
