Dr. Hughes and his team make the visits seemless, everyone is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this medical practice.
Very satisfied with the recent assignment of the new physician who took over my care. The doctor is quite responsive to my medical.needs, and responds in a timely way to my inquiries and messages.
First time visit. Go in to check in, see sign on counter to go left and check in. I do. Lady on the phone shoos me away to another desk. Different lady helps. Checked in now, meet doctor and nurse. Great visit. Go to checkout, told to go through door to waiting area. Another sign says check out at front desk. Same lady who shooed me away says to go back over there. I have been bringing my son to this practice since birth and all has been fine until things transitioned to Brown health. So disappointed in the care and untimely responses by what I believe to be "professionals". Unfortunately you can't do anything in this state without a PCP approval. I definitely will be searching for a new primary care office. Have been able to speak to anyone other than a receptionist since Monday. Unbelievable!
Staff is phenomenal! They are caring and supportive 10/5/2026.... I was able to finally meet Dr. Dillon. Very thorough, receptive, informative and caring
