I’ve been a patient at Hillside Family Medical for over 20 years now and I’ve always had great experiences and care from Dr Mitchell and the staff.
I was seen right away, the PA/NP came promptly, decided I didn't have Covid or the flu but, because of my symptoms, did the test anyway. She was right - it came out negative.
Very professional. I have nothing bad to say about this astablishment.
Waited an hour for my scheduled physical. She was just staring at the computer. Told me she needs to leave in the middle of our appt to give someone else their results. And does leave. Never apologizes when she gets back. Then tells me I have depression and do I want to see a therapist? Besides starting menopause I'm literally the happiest I've been in years.
