Ruth is by far the most educated and effective message therapist I’ve been to! She truly focuses on the underlying issues that’s causing you pain and corrects/relieves to the best of her knowledge. Coming from someone with scoliosis, kyphosis, and degenerative disc disease it was by far the best feeling waking up the next day after my visit with no back pain. Definitely recommend!
I just got a prenatal massage from Ruth and she was amazing!! I was 29 weeks and needed my muscles worked on. Ruth was able to find tense muscle I didn't even know needed attention! I highly recommend going to see Ruth at Coastal Massage and Wellness!
