Extremely frustrated with the lack of follow-through and communication from this HOA management company. I reported a flooding/drainage issue months ago. I personally contacted the county, who confirmed the clogged drains are the HOA’s responsibility. I was told back in September that bids were being gathered and the issue would be handled.
