Coastal Management has helped us with our HOA for almost 9 years now. They've helped us with some pretty messy situations & as board members it's nice to have someone watching our backs. For this guy below. It looks like your secretary didn't do their job. Management companies charge for this service.
Stay away from this place. Our HOA did so much better in 6 months after we got rid of Coastal HOA Management Services. Then She tried to keep all of our records.
