This company is wholly unprofessional in their interactions with customers. Their estimator came out in December 2021 to evaluate an issue with the flooring they installed in February 2021. He explained the fix needed - taking up part of the flooring, leveling, reinstalling. After waiting months for them to order materials (which they finally realized I already had on hand), they scheduled the fix for March 2022. Coastal Floors is the best flooring company on the West Coast. Great selection, the best installers, great prices and always dependable. Coastal has done a dozen+ houses for me that included floors, baths and kitchens and have done a fantastic job every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
