In my opinion, this place is extremely unprofessional. They were very quick to schedule my appointment and collect the $75 fee, but when I canceled within the allowed refund time frame, everything suddenly slowed down. I was told it would take two weeks for the refund to be returned to my bank account — it’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received it. On top of that, no one answers the phone. I would like to thank Coastal Fertility Specialists and the entire staff for being so supportive throughout my journey. These past months with everyone have been amazing! A special thanks to Neely—you have been great! You have been so caring and wonderful with accommodating my needs.
My partner went the facility in September 2025 and has not received any information, it’s February 2026. After calling a few times, he was informed that nothing was sent to the doctor and there was no record of any services completed. No billing from insurance, nothing. For some reason, no one has answers and no one will call us back. It’s scary and concerning that no one will help. I hope no one else has to go through this. I’m going to keep calling until we get answers. Extremely disappointing!
My wife and I had a great experience with them. Everything was clean and well documented. All tests and samples were checked over very carefully several times to insure no mistakes. All staff were friendly and supportive. Thank you! Special shout out to Neely from my wife. She said you were great!
