Coastal fertility has been amazing to work with since day one, I can not recommend them enough. Dr Riestenberg is so knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or brushed off, she was always there to answer all questions and talk through any and everything. You can feel how much she cares about her patients! Nurse Lauren is the best. In my opinion, this place is extremely unprofessional. They were very quick to schedule my appointment and collect the $75 fee, but when I canceled within the allowed refund time frame, everything suddenly slowed down. I was told it would take two weeks for the refund to be returned to my bank account — it’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received it. On top of that, no one answers the phone.
