My appointment with Dr. Keith yesterday went phenomenal as he was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and not rushed as other doctors have in the past.
Me & my wife were new patients. Lady called with my wife's lab results. First she said I wasn't on the hippa, which I am. Read out my wife her results then started laughing at my wife. My wife has mental illness she had a panic attack had to hang up. Thanks for keeping my wife scared to talk to people. That is sick & disgusting that someone in the healthcare field would act that way. Hope your company enjoyed our first & last visit.
I would give it a ZERO STAR if I can. My mom tried to speak with her doctor, but no one returned her calls, so she went to the office. They checked her in and told her to wait. She sat there for THREE HOURS (2–5 PM), only to find out the doctor had already left. The front desk casually told her this when she asked again. My mom was left speechless. This is completely unacceptable. They should have told her from the start instead of wasting her time. Poor communication and lack of respect for the customers.
