Coastal family clinic in Biloxi is the best doctors office that I have been to.I moved here from California because a few years ago my excellent health went downhill very fast. I suffered for years not knowing what was wrong with me. Many doctors in California didn’t believe me or misdiagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I went to the dental office today everyone was very nice n helpful
Jada was extremely rude during my appointment and made me feel as though I was being rushed the entire time. I have never experienced an appointment like this before, and it made me very uncomfortable. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, which was disappointing because I have never been treated this way in a healthcare/service setting. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant, and I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the care I received.
This is a good place if you are uninsured or have inadequate insurance. I'm glad that there are other options or locations for womens care, because my visit with Jada, the NP was far less than outstanding. I have high anxiety during doctor's visits, or during procedures specifically, and her cold, all-business demeanor did not help (she also seemed very uncomfortable, maybe she is new at this). The staff here are overall friendly, the rating is primarily in regards to this provider.
