My 7 month pregnant wife has been calling here everyday for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment rescheduled but they refuse to answer the phone. I'll be the ah if I go up there and make them answer the phone though
Staff are hella useless
This is one LAZY SORRY DENTIST!!! Man this is your job, if you don’t want to do it then GO HOME!!!! Somehow my appointment ended up being in Biloxi which is 30 minutes from me. I had to leave work an hour early to get there, lose money, ended up in traffic so I arrived 11 minutes late. And you mean to tell me you won’t take me? If it could give it no stars I would! This place and the whole coastal system is a joke. I was 1 minute late for an appt in the pass Christian office and first of all the lady that never does anything up front just sits there!! Didn't say i was a new patient and to be there early to do paperwork NOT ONE WORD then tell me I'm late and a no show. Whatever is convenient for her not to do a dam thing but sit there and click the computer so she doesn't have to get a piece of paper, god forbid she lift a finger! Ppl are late and 1... read more
