REVISED. Dr Kraft called this morning with a heartfelt apology and explanation. I appreciated the call very much. I want to thank Dr. Kraft for cancelling my 4:15 phone appt last Wednesday (at 5:15 on day of appt) saying the lab results weren’t back when I myself had the results. The rescheduled phone appt for today, which was a week later, was totally ignored again. Truly so disappointed in this practice. Numerous friends kids have had Dr Bratton do their children's tonsillectomys under the age of 3 and I was told on the phone there is no doctor in the single practice that can help us.

I went to Coastal ENT seeking information and pricing regarding a possible rhinoplasty/septoplasty procedure. My main concern was understanding the total expected out-of-pocket costs before committing to anything. Unfortunately, I never received clear pricing information or a breakdown of costs despite asking multiple times. Dr. Robert Wineski and all the staff from the hearing tests to the front desk to the assistance to everybody was absolutely the best. VA sent me there and I was very impressed and I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a sinus and allergy sufferer for 20 years. I have been taking a ton of Excedrin because that is the only thing that worked for me with the sinusitis. I have been off of the Excedrin for two weeks, which is unheard of, thanks to Dr Bratton! I had the best experience with Dr Bratton and his wonderful staff. I had FESS sinus surgery à week ago. I was very nervous about having surgery but the staff really reassured me and helped me through it all. I told them, “I would even do this tomorrow again if you asked me to!”... read more
