It was a tad confusing to which window to go to but a sweet staff member named Dawn helped me. She got me right back and Dr. Kraft was very thorough with her explanations on what I needed done. Very comfortable environment.
The doctor was nice. He really takes his time to explain things.
Do not do business with this “ medical” provider. I went there because I broke my nose all they were concerned with are what I’m allergic too. Secondly heads up if they call you for any reason they call it a video session and charge you for it. They called me and asked if I’d be interested in an allergy shot , after which they tried to charge for a video conferencing. Watch out there as dirty as they come!!!
So far have not had an issue with this Dr or location
