This was my first visit and first root canal. I was extremely nervous but the staff was wonderful. They explained what they were doing as they did it and Dr. Green was very nice.

My family members have been patients of Dr. Lea's for many years. I admit that I have an irrational fear of dentists but I can only rave about Dr. Lea and Terri! I had to have some surgery on my gum area and they made the procedure virtually painless. They both went above and beyond to take care of my problem as soon as possible! Cannot praise them enough!
This is our second visit to Coastal Endontics for a root canal and both times have been absolutely amazing! The staff have been very helpful, especially the Dr.'s assistant, Mrs. Juetta. She was very sweet and went out of her way to talk to my husband and I while we waited for the procedure to begin. Also, Dr. Green was great! Great experience, customer service and seamless procedure!
Dr. Lea and Christa made the process of having a root canal the most comfortable experience possible. I love how Dr. Lea talked through the steps as he went through the procedure. He checked with me and made sure that I was doing okay. He asked if I needed a break to go to the restroom. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Lea and his staff.
We were referred to Coastal Endodontics by my daughter's dentist. Although, she was nervous about possibly needing a root canal, Tina and Dr. Matt put her mind at ease. The staff is super friendly and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. The wait time was very minimal. It was well worth the drive from Effingham County to receive such professional and friendly service and advice.
I avoided going to the dentist for 3 years that's how afraid i was of getting a root canal (highly not recommended as it made my tooth 10x worse) but the staff here made my root canal SO much easier, almost enjoyable. i was falling asleep in the chair DURING A ROOT CANAL. It was crazy. They used a bite block so i could relax my jaw and didn't have to hold it open the entire time as well as a dental dam so water and gunk didn't fly all in my mouth.
