I not only continue to enjoy the personal rapport and conversation with Dr. Wells on various extraneous subjects, but, as a patient, I really like the feedback and encouragement from Dr. Wells during the procedure: I.e. Dr Mac is the best when it comes to giving shots....he needs to teach some nurses I know what to do:))
I had a very good first time experience with my visit to the office this past week. Morgan, was very informational and talkative, she kept me updated with everything that was going on. And, Dr. Wells was very informative, and gave me what I feel was excellent advice! I see the orthodontist Thursday, then back in the office soon to fix my teeth! I'm stoked.
Again, I am so pleased with the excellent care I received. Shocked that I had two cavities after many years of none, my experience of having them filled was almost pleasant. The wonderful numbing solution absolutely worked. I never felt a thing. Less than a half an hour I was back in my car heading home.
