I was in a pinch with an infected wisdom tooth, my dentist was closed for five days straight because of Easter. I called a few dentists around and compared pricing, as I do not have dental insurance. Dr. Wells had the most cost effective services and their staff when on the phone was extremely friendly. I believe the person I spoke to was Felicia. I am very pleased with the service I have received at Wells Family Dentistry. I thought I had a great dentist prior to moving to the area. I now know that my previous dentist was only OK. I now have a dentist that is state of the art in equipment and service. All procedures were fully explained before, during and after execution. Dr. Wells III is fantastic. Took me the day I called with a broken tooth. Just moved to area and had no dentist. He spent so much time with me, made a new crown right there that day and it fit perfectly. His office uses a lot of high-technology that I have never seen before. Morgan, his assistant was fabulous. I went in to have my routine teeth cleaning. Rene was wonderful. Pleasent to talk to and gentle on the cleaning. Dr. Wells came in and we talked about the weather and the area things since Spring is just around the corner. They make me feel right at home.
I had a wonderful first experience at Wells Family Denistry. I had an abscessed tooth and the fit me right in, as a first time patient. Everyone was beyond nice, especially the hygentist, Derinda. She made me feel at ease. I really appreciated their understanding of my fears and concerns and felt as if they were committed to eliminating them.
