I was referred to Dr. Cappy when I was unable to get my upper plate out due to the neglect of another dentist I'll refer to as Dr. Dumb-dumb. Dr. Dumb-dumb had permanently glued my teeth to my metal bar implant. I was told ithe teeth didn't need to come out, that's the way they "used to do it" and I just needed to "swish" mouthwash around to clean them. I am amazed every time I enter Dr. Sinclair's office. Joy from the front office for sure. My dental hygienist made it so comfortable for me. I used to hate going to the dentist with all the drilling sounds. And no drilling sounds with my hygienist. And it is so good to know that Dr. Sinclair know all the advanced technology and artistry as a dentist. I know that I am in very good hands and cannot imagine ever visiting my previous dentist. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!
First visit. Thorough workup including history, digital xrays, photos and exam. Pleasent, attentative staff. Next appt will get results reviewed and cleaning.

Kind, professional, caring providers. Very adaptable with trying to work with me for late day appointments. Everyone in the practice is amazing. Have not been disappointed yet and don't think I will be.
Staff is very professional and conscientious. I feel like my time is valued and they are prompt with appointments scheduled. I would recommend this practice without hesitation especially if you are looking for a service provider that values a positve intentional relationship.
