Julie Grigsby is their amazing Massage Therapist! She knows what she’s doing and you can relax, she will fix you up. I have major stress in my life and my back muscles suffer, she knows how to make me walk out of there feeling like a new person.
Dr Ryan has helped Williams Jams through his running and swimming muscle strains, painful ligaments / tendons and hip alignment issues. He has put William back in the pool and on the track. Dr Ryan will be part of our weekly routine to keep injuries from reoccurring. Best sports / wellness Chiro on either side of the bay.
