RecommendedTodd at Carpet One is THE MAN!! After our tenant in our Destin rental property was found deceased in our home, I was scrambling to find an honest company that could take care of a major remodel in a timely manner at a fair price. We live in MS 😬 Todd replaced all of the flooring (which looks amazing), referred us to a countertop company (who was also amazing), also, is in the middle of replacing our master bath shower, & installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. I have used Coastal Carpet & Tile on two occasions to replace existing carpet with hardwood flooring and have been very pleased with their work and professionalism. The work was done in a timely manner and the work area was left cleaner than before they began the work. The staff has been great to work with and I will definitely use this business again in the future.

Still waiting on resolving my carpet job not being completed... its been a month now and although the installer on the phone says it would be done, still no follow through and now changing his tune. Rennis never returned any of the calls.... Never pay for the job upfront. I'm sure it would have been finished if I still owed for the work. Can someone please address this? I was trying to sell my home and its stood out like a sore thumb.
Let's start with The carpet and tile was very well installed but the cleanliness was terrible they kept cranking my ac down which I don't like to touch. The walls were all marked up and you think a professional would shut doors to rooms with carpet in them so dust would not go into that room well guess they are below professional. They stole some things from my house then said they didn't which I know for sure where these were.
