We recently had a flooding issue and had to replace all of our flooring. Not only did Paul Wheeler help me to pick the right flooring, he gave me a fair price and the guys who did the installation were great. The work was very time consuming but the end result was better than expected. Would recommend you see Paul when you go there.

It's been 10 weeks since we visited the store and we're still waiting for information. After five weeks, a contractor came out to determine installation costs. It's now been another five weeks and we've heard nothing -- no estimate, no follow-up, no contact whatsoever. This was a total waste of time and a terrible way to treat a customer with a large job...
i have used coastal carpet and tile for many years Paul Wheeler is awesome to work with. he's very very friendly and quick to respond to your needs.

I received the best customer service from Paul Wheeler, he helped me out in a huge way. He went out of his way to make things right after I had a really bad experience with another tile store. The other tile store ordered the wrong tile and then said it would be months before they could get my tile in. My contractor put me in touch with Paul and he was able to get my tile in one week and at a much better price!
Kim McKim was so helpful today. My dog chewed some of the carpeting in my room and we were able to find some pieces to match. She’s the real MVP of this Saturday! Thank you very much
