This is the best drive thru car wash in town!! I go out of my way to come to this car wash because the results are significantly better. ++Plus there's this really sexy bearded dude at the entrance who will help you with anything you need!! ;) ;)

If you have a sticker for unlimited use beware. Once you get close, it recognizes you and if there is a delay, you can't wash for 20-30min. Washes are often closed or not working

I used the Castle Hayne location, there was grease/gear lube all over the hose. I trashed my clothes, got it all over my truck and it took about :30 to get it off my hands using Dawn dish soap. I sent a message to management and got NO reply, that's sad (terrible business). I guess they don't give a crap that I had a problem. Use huge caution when using the car wash!!!!!
