Fixing the problem, no matter what it takes, is Coastal's 'modus operandi'. They always do a good job and stand behind their work. That's why I bring my 3 cars to them for service which I've been doing for the past 17 years. They care about their customers.
The service department is the best. Under the leadership of Shaun Pauley the departnent continues to excel.
I called Friday afternoon for routine service. I was scheduled in the next morning. Even though I arrived a bit late, the staff could not have been nicer. I waited in the showroom area and enjoyed a cup of coffee and got some work done on the computer. The car (Buick Enclave) was ready in less than hour and everything was in good order. Great job, Coastal Chevrolet.
