I had my vehicle in for service today, they did a great job were very fast and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Patrick for being a "great" service advisor.
They wanted over $1600 to replace a door mechanism, a door handle, and I had a light on my dash and they said that the fuse box would need to be replaced. Keep in mind this is a 2013 with 26,000. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to Palmetto Chevrolet in Conway. Turns out it was just a blown fuse and not the entire fuse box. Thanks Palmetto for saving me $1200!! I had my 2015 GMC 2500 towed to your service department on Monday after it shut off on me while driving. Your service department is the best! They started the repairs that day and had my truck back to me very quickly considering all they had to repair. I wish you were a GMC dealer. You would have a customer for life.
I came in today and bought a wonderful vehicle from Mike Jacobs. He was really helpful and very straight forward and honest through every step of the process. He did a great job demonstrating that I could trust him and take him at his word. It was by far the most enjoyable and least frustrating car buying experience I have ever had and I will be recommending this dealership and Mike especially to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I could not be more excited about my purchase.
