My husband loved it all! It really added to the look of the truck in ways I couldn’t imagine. Robert’s expertise and professionalism is why we will be coming back to Leonard when we are ready to purchase our future storage building.
The customer service at Conway Leonard is great. The management staff are just as willing to be in the service shop helping to complete work orders as they are in the showroom or outside showing buildings, trailers, etc. When price-shopping, there is no comparison to the Leonard name on whatever item(s) needed for your home and/or vehicle.
Had a tow hitch installed. They got me in right away at my appointment time and did a great job. Very pleasant to work with as well.

This company is a joke. We have been trying for almost 2 months to get a playhouse delivered to our granddaughters house!! They have promised and promised to be there, to do a site visit to make sure the path was accessible BEFORE they bring the house...THEY DID NOT EVER DO WHAT THEY SAID!! They promised scheduled times each effort....NEVER showing at the time (or even close) to scheduled time...EVER! Don't expect these guys to hold up to what they tell you they will do. Waited and waisted almost 2 MONTHS!!!! Work STILL not started!!! The saddest part is, I was actually dealing with the store MGR!! Gave up, and moved on to a better company that keeps their word. Just say NO to Leonard!!!
