We’ve utilized Coastal for about 10 months and although the BCBA we are working with is amazing, my kiddo has had so many different therapists over the course of 10 months. I feel like a lot of progress has been lost due to the change in staff. EVERYTIME someone new is hired, my kiddo gets this person. So not only are they learning company policies and sometimes even how to be an RBT, they have to learn my kiddos plan of care. Wish i could give them 10 stars! My son is 7 and has been with Coastal since he was 2. They have helped us so much! Everyone has been kind, upbeat and genuinely care about their clients. No better feeling leaving your nonverbal child in the care of people you trust. It’s truly amazing how far my son has come since he started. We love them!
