I have had 3 appointments in this office. None have actually been with Dr. Porch. They have all been with physician’s assistants. During the first appointment, I received extensive allergy testing. I was happy to spend the time because the nurse and PA Melissa were so attentive and thorough. During the 2nd visit, I saw Melissa for a follow-up and only had to wait about 15 minutes. Dr. Curran- Porch may be a wonderful Dr.,I don't really know. I only met her once in March. I had waited 2 months for the appointment since I was a new patient. However they couldn't do my testing because I had taken Famotidine. I didn't realize it was an anti - inflammatory. So I'll take the blame for that. I wanted her to do my testing not the P.A since I was having issues and my pulmonologist had referred me to her. Not only did this hospital give me an accurate in depth full understanding of my respitory problems, but went into in depth detail over every possible factor and wrote it in a way that my military doctors can understand. I did not truely understand how to appreciate it at the time, however now that I am seeking treatment and coverage from the the military this diagonosis that they had given me was gold. Doctors are good but miss nasty in the front office well is so awful is not worth the trouble. Go to an office who are all around people friendly… they need to put a warning sign on the door for one of the front office person.
Great doctors and the woman at the front desk has always been helpful.
