We had a problem with our furnace serving our kitchen area which was not heating. We called Coastal and they sent Angel who inspected the furnace and determined that the problem was the gas valve. He obtained a new gas valve, restarted the furnace and verified that it was working. Angel was very professional, quick to determine what the problem was and quickly fix the problem. He also informed me prior to his arrival when to expect him and he was on time which I appreciated
COASTAL swapped out our Furnace & H/W system with a HE HEAT & H/W COMBO UNIT in less time than I spent on phone hold begging my contracted company's assistance. OUTSTANDING CREW. PERFECTION.
