Lovely hotel. Lady on reception was so friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately this is not a great review. We booked prior to the strike of their staff and did not realize it until we walked in. The room was clean which was nice, but most amenities were unavailable. The restaurant was closed, but they were able to provide some packaged snacks for the kids etc. mid-day, and during a period for breakfast. Not a lot of activity around with no staff on site (or many people?), management was handling the desk and likely some other things.
