In all my 34yrs of military/civilian service this was by far the worse experience I have gone through. It hard to believe a company like this exist and that the US Government has a contract with this company. It seems most of the workers I dealt with were very inexperienced. A lot of my items, to include the entire entertainment center, Wardrobe cabinets, and night stands were damaged with mold and mildew. Our things were packed up 13 weeks ago and we STILL don't have them. Save yourself a nightmare and avoid them all together. They refuse to give us dates on when we will have our things and wont communicate with anyone- Super shady people.

Good luck getting your stuff. They genuinely do not care that your entire life is on hold waiting for them. They keep saying that it’s the “busy season” and that’s why they haven’t even crated our stuff yet (it’s been over two weeks now), but perhaps that means they’re taking on much more work than what they can handle. We regret using this company and wish we would’ve just moved our stuff on our own. I’ve never dealt with such a rude, inefficient, and unprofessional company EVER.
