Great people, excellent service and delivery/ setup!
These people lost our water hose and they lost our sewer end cap and then lost out key we left for them I called and talked to them about it and the lady acted like it was all my fault she didn’t even offer to replace my stuff actually she hung up on me! Now we are without a key for our camper! So people beware of these people they are RUDE and not RESPONSIBLE!!!
When they change hands, nothing is the same, besides prices going up this year, the past two years our camper was never set up correctly. We they failed to deliver we switched. Cheaper priced and they pressure wash our camper before bringing it out, and turn on air and fridge , basic package. COAST never do that for $50!!!
After BEGGING these guys to do work for us for 3 months, we finally gave up. Thanks for nothing Coast RV. At one time, we considered you to be the best RV mobile repair guys here at Myrtle Beach Travel Park - obviously, something is going on and Frank doesn't give a crap any more, and he no longer needs loyal customers. You should consider that word of mouth by satisfied long-term seasonal customers are your best advertisement.
These guys have no regard for traffic on Hwy 90! Since they have opened they have continually pulled right out in front of me causing me to slam on my breaks. One day these they are going to cause a serious wreck. I attempted to contact them via telephone, but it was busy.....
