Wes Piatt is an amazing coach and programmer! I am truly luck to have his expertise! Great gym!
I have done sports my whole life growing up, did the gym thing & I've also done Crossfit at other locations but nothing comes close to doing Crossfit here at Coast Range CrossFit. I have learned so much from Wes & Megan. I highly recommend this to anyone, any size, any age & in any kind of fitness.
The real deal. Crossfitting at its best. Everyone is very welcoming. Wes is pretty awesome but Ruca is my hero.
The instructors are the best! They are knowledgable and encouraging and make the gym a fun place to be every day!! Wes and Megan (the owners) have built a second family out of this business and all the members feel it every time they walk in. If you want an amazing workout with great friends then this is your spot!
Amazing coach/owner Wes Piatt. Wes has years of experience but his heart is what makes him a great coach. He shares so much with anyone wanting to gain knowledge in crossfit and nutrition. CRCF is a box where true crossfit community attitude is shared!
