Only been there since February and already feel like a part of the family here. From the first day I walked in, I felt so welcomed and encouraged by everyone. Not to mention the workouts are pretty awesomely insane. Lovveee the energy, the vibes and of course the coaching (coaches). Oh and can't forget about Ruca! She's pretty awesome and welcoming too!
You cannot have a bad experience here. Family atmosphere, serious focus on hard work and fun! They care about every member and share the best form and approach coaching around. Everyone is welcome, all levels are treated equally.
