Renters beware! Evergreen residences branch in Everett, WA is no better. I have lived here exactly 28 days and nothing I have requested to be repaired has been fixed, they just mark it as "complete" on the website. Most things are a safety concern. The maintenance didn't want me to do an apartment walkthrough check off list upon move in, then wouldn't pick it up to turn in to landlord. DO NOT RENT THROUGH COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT On 5/18/24 we moved into unit 102 at Safe Harbor Apartments in Tacoma, we had one week where everything was fine. The following week they moved someone upstairs. Since this person has moved in they stomp, drop random items at all hours of the night and day every day. If I could give negative stars I would. They took over our property, changed the website and then ignored countless calls and emails when the portal wasn’t working. Now I’m being penalized with late fees for THEIR error and lack of communication. Update- they give you a number to call to “help” you but the number only allows you leave a voicemail that they’ll never return or to access a directory where you need a name. What a joke.

I'm just trying to pay my damn rent! Their rent portal has been displaying the incorrect charges since they acquired the property I live at. It does not display utilities charges so residents have no idea what amount they're supposed to pay each month. I've called multiple time and STILL can't get someone to tell me the ACCURATE amount I need to pay this month.
