Worst property managenent company that I have dealt with, they also hire very poor managers for the property that we were at.
DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU.
I'm just trying to pay my damn rent! Their rent portal has been displaying the incorrect charges since they acquired the property I live at. It does not display utilities charges so residents have no idea what amount they're supposed to pay each month. I've called multiple time and STILL can't get someone to tell me the ACCURATE amount I need to pay this month. Unfortunately I am section 8 and cannot afford to move. I would love to get out of the apartments im at in stanwood. However this company has lost a check from dshs sent directly to the vendor they set up and refuse to respond about getting it sorted. Or give answers. Ive dealt with harrasment and have an order to protect my son from one of the neighbors and they refuse to do anything productive to get us moved. I stay at a property that they are now managing and when I tell you NO ONE i mean NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE!!!!!! I have had a work order be closed out now to my knowledge that was NEVER EVER talked to me about as far as even a scheduled appointment. And now I have water all on my floor because they have failed to come and fix my Garbage disposal that is not causing my dishwasher to leak.
