Calling this number yields you nothing.... Imagine charging someone 2000 a month and not answering the phone.... Top notch service. Listening to them make excuses is fun too...
Not a quality company, they do not have integrity and are very poor in communication.
Impossible to get a hold of, and they do not care about the state of their apartments. Neglect mold and don’t follow up on requests
Would give zero stars if possible. I live at the Woodlands Townhome Apartments in Snoqaulmie and have only been here a month and a half now. Erin, the manager on property worked odd hours not consistent with the office hours posted and then quit her job without informing tenants three weeks into our lease, the only reason I found out was through the maintnence guy while he was telling me that he would get to me eventually.
