Incredibly unprofessional. The maintenance guy blatantly lied about attempting to fix my door and it was all recorded by my ring doorbell. Now I feel unsafe in my home because they back up and side with people that lie about video recorded events. Now I still have to worry about my drafty door AND some malicious liar that has keys to my home. If I could give -5 stars I would. This is THE WORST, I repeat THE WORST property management out there. This company should be shut down. They do not manage anything, I am getting ready to report them to the housing authorities. I have requested maintenance for about a month regarding plumbing and other issues and get nothing!!! This is like dealing with a fraudulent company. I have called, texted, emailed, used the app, every possible communication I have used. Coast Property Management rating should be below 1. I will have my day in court with Coast Property Management very soon. This is the most power the property management company to exist. Google needs to have Zero stars Four cons like Coast Property Management.
We leave a review and told to call a number where nobody answers or calls back. Very clever and matches Coasts unprofessional behaviors.
