Hired coast one financial over a year ago. I was told in 6 months they would have case settled. They have never contacted me, I have always had to contact them. When I ask specific questions am told the IRS website is down. I have asked for breakdown of services on my behalf which I have never received. I have requested twice to terminate contract and been told no. I have requested to speak with management and no one is available nor do they return phone calls or emails. Avoid company at all costs.
