Dirty AC units that were so loud (grinding ball bearing) that we couldn’t sleep. We had to unplug and it froze. Management should have these units and cleaned at least once a year but fail to do so. Layers of dirt in the AC units. Must’ve known of this as other guests must have said something, but choose to ignore. Won’t be back.

I booked a King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub at the Coast Hotel for Valentine’s weekend in the first week of February, as a special getaway for my girlfriend and me. Before booking, we actually visited the hotel to check it out in person. During that visit, we were honestly disgusted by the condition of the public pool and hot tub, which appeared poorly maintained and unclean. Room was VERY small. One side of the bed didn't even have a night stand - rather a cabinet with the mini fridge in it. I'm sure other rooms would have been better. Staff was all very friendly and the location was perfect for our business meeting the next morning.
