I went in for a biopsy in Feb 2021. This was my first procedure ever in my 44-year life, first time checked into a hospital in fact, so I didn't know what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, everyone was super friendly and helpful, but also very professional and hospitable. No surprises, they narrated everything they were doing to me, LOL.
