Non responsive. Sent me the wrong betta fish. Such Inconsistency as if They sent me anything they could find. Ridiculous and frustrating after reading similar reviews. I have emailed numerous times and will wait to see if I am replied to.. Shrimp were dead. I did not pay over 100 dollars for such a typical fish . Disappointed.

My experience with coastgemusa is very disappointing .I got the sick fish which I reported immediately upon received due to very week behavior of fish. In week the fish got more sick and died. I have more 4 betta tank 5 gal each in house. The water condition was perfect checked with tetra strips . No food issue all I feed was pallets. No help from customer service. I ordered two betta fish and one of the ones sent to me was the wrong fish. Pretty blatantly wrong, in fact. I reached out FOUR times in the course of a week with kindly worded emails which included comparison photos and was ignored every single time. I’m shocked and saddened that they would not even respond or make a single attempt to remedy the issue.

I Guess I am amazed. I did get my fish. He is beautiful and seems very healthy and was packed very well. Right after I gave the one star I called and they answered found my fish right there and shipped him to me. I can see where people think they get the wrong fish. If I had not kept the pictures of him online I would have thought he was different showed a lot of black on line but changed to blue, but I can match the makings on the picture to know its the same one. Don't ever get fish on line from them. They don't ship when they are suppose to they don't answer the phone they don't answer emails. I wish I would have gotten some place else. If I get the right fish and it's alive I will be amazed.

BUYERS BEWARE. The 1st time, the wrong Betta was sent and they didn't refund the $20 shipping cost. Fine, whatever. Unlucky right? I found a similar one on their site a few months later and decided to buy it with some java fern as an add-on. This 2nd order, the fish came dead, no leakage but flat bag, no air - the Betta was literally dead with its mouth agape. Emailed them immediately, didn't hear anything for over a week.
