I ordered a fancy goldfish. After a month of waiting they told me they don't have the fish they advertised. Then they asked me to choose some other fish. I did as they won't refund. It came in sick and died in 2 days. I asked for refund of the value of fish. They said shipping can go wrong sometimes and gave me store credit. After a month I didn't want to give away my hard earned money, and called them for a reshipment and I payed for the shipment again. Their low rating is well deserved. Ordered 4 swordtails and specifically requested 2 males and 2 females. They delivered 4 males of a different type than ordered. One was sick and died the next day. Finally gave up on a resolution after several attempts to contact them. Customer service is non-existent.
I bought 8 fishes and received just 2. Really bad customer service with no answer.
Rated F by the Better Business Bureau. Four pages of published complaints. Mostly about lack of refunds, shipped fish that weren't the ones that were ordered. Refused to accept responsibility and blames customers for everything that goes wrong. Lies to everyone.
Sent wrong goldfish. Very poor customer service. Pretty much ignored after purchase of $120.00 goldfish. Thee stars given cuz the fish sent was healthy.
Worst. Experience. Ever. Ordered August 28th, was given a delivery date of September 15th. September 16th came around and the order hadn’t been even shipped yet. Had sent several emails and phone calls and no response until today, September 17th, where I was informed they DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE FISH I ORDERER! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Do not order from them.
Ordered 6 guppies with overnight sipping. After a week no shipment notice, I emailed to cancel order. They admitted a mistake on their end. They still charged me a 30% restocking fee for fish they never has in stock, Avoid this business by all means.
I ordered a betta 6 weeks ago, with a stated wait time of 3-4 weeks for shipping. At the 4 week mark a received an email stating the fish was not fit for shipping. I was offered a full refund or a store credit. I opted to select a different fish at a slightly reduced cost. I will say they processed the small refund immediately. Spent hours looking for the perfect Betta, only for it to be put in a box and left on a shelf for five days so that it was dead before they even shipped him. White fuzz was growing on the body when he arrived.
